Shipping policy 

Processing time varies from 3 to 5 days.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We offer free pick up and free Canada and Us shipping for orders over $75 CAD. International orders have a shipping cost of $20 CAD.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time varies from 2 to 9 days. Delivery time is independent from the processing time.

Please contact the courier company for any delays or inquiry about your shipment within the delivery time. If delivery time has passed, please let us know and we will contact the courier company.

We are not responsible for:

· Custom or import charges for orders outside Canada.

· Items marked delivered but not received.

· Undelivered and or returned packages due to wrong shipping information provided.

· Delays in postal service.

· Delays in delivery due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
