Refund policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges 

Please contact us before returning any item at pachihandmadedesings@gmail.com. 

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. All apparel items must be unworn, not washed and including tags. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Any item not in compliance with our policy will be sent back to customer at customer expense. 

Following items cannot be returned:

· Final sale items.

· 50% or more discount items.

· BOGO items.

· Custom or personalized orders.

· Seasonal items including apparel. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us, within 5 days of delivery, at pachihandmadedesings@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
